In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the bgd11 website accessible at bgd11.bio and all associated services, applications, and features made available thereunder.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration with bgd11.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or entry placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, keno draw, or any other betting product offered by bgd11.
• "Eligible Player" means a Player who satisfies all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
• "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all bgd11 account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone governing all Platform operations, match schedules, and promotional deadlines.

To register an Account with bgd11 and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bgd11 strictly enforces the 21+ age limit. Players who are found to be under 21 will have their Accounts immediately suspended and any Balance forfeited pending investigation.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as Players.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is not unlawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your location before registering.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or responsible gaming restriction that would prohibit your participation on bgd11 or similar platforms.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended bgd11 Account. Each Player is permitted exactly one Account.

bgd11 reserves the right to require documentary proof of identity and age at any time — including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension.

By registering, you warrant that all information provided is accurate and you undertake to keep your registration details up to date. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Each Player is responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their Account credentials, including their username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify bgd11 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your Account on your behalf.

bgd11 will never contact you to request your password, PIN, or full payment card details by email, SMS, phone, or any other channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

bgd11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account that is found to be operating in violation of these Terms, used fraudulently, associated with money laundering, or otherwise operated in bad faith. In such cases, bgd11 may withhold any Balance pending investigation.

Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method following verification, provided no outstanding disputes exist.

Deposits: The minimum deposit on bgd11 is ৳200. Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your Account within minutes of confirmation. Bank card and bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to be reflected.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–4 hours during normal operating hours. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment channel used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. bgd11 does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bgd11 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Prior to processing a withdrawal, bgd11 may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation — including proof of identity and proof of payment method — to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if documentation is not provided or is deemed unsatisfactory.

Chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes filed with a payment provider in relation to a bgd11 deposit will be treated as a material breach of these Terms. bgd11 reserves the right to suspend the relevant Account and seek recovery of any disputed amounts through lawful means.

All funds in a Player's Account are held in trust for that Player and are segregated from bgd11's operational funds. bgd11 does not pay interest on Account Balances.

bgd11 offers a range of promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and reload incentives to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them.

General bonus conditions that apply to all bgd11 promotions unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise:

• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be satisfied before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn as cash.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash prior to the completion of applicable wagering requirements.
• bgd11 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion only once, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Promotions may not be combined unless the specific promotion terms permit it.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate a promotion — including the creation of multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once — will result in disqualification from the promotion, forfeiture of associated bonus funds, and potential Account suspension.
• Seasonal promotions tied to Bangladeshi events — including Pohela Boishakh, Eid, Victory Day, and cricket tournament seasons — are offered at bgd11's sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.

bgd11 applies a "bonus first" policy: when both real-money Balance and Bonus Funds are present in an Account, Bonus Funds are wagered first unless a Player has opted out of a specific bonus prior to placing any wager.

All Wagers placed on bgd11 — whether on cricket, live casino, slots, or keno — are subject to the product-specific rules published within the Platform and to these general conditions:

• All Wagers are final once confirmed. bgd11 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a Wager after it has been placed, except where explicitly permitted by the applicable product rules (e.g., certain in-play cash-out features).
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts are set per market and per game. These limits may be adjusted by bgd11 at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a technical failure affecting the outcome of a Wager, bgd11 will investigate and resolve the matter in accordance with the applicable game provider's rules and its own internal fair-play protocols. Decisions by bgd11 on disputed Wagers are final.
• Cricket betting markets are governed by the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the ICC, BCB, BCCI). In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced in overs, or otherwise affected by weather or external circumstances, settlement rules for affected markets will follow the published cricket betting rules available on the Platform.
• Live casino games — including those powered by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi — are governed by the rules of each respective game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between those in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules take precedence for matters specific to game mechanics.
• Keno draws are conducted at regular intervals and governed by the published keno game rules. Results are final once a draw is closed and confirmed.
• Slots return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published by the respective game providers. bgd11 does not alter or modify the programmed RTP of any third-party slot game.

bgd11 reserves the right to void any Wager that was placed in error, placed using a technical exploit, or placed under circumstances where the Platform's pricing was materially incorrect. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bgd11 and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or a fictitious identity.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, financial crime, or to conceal the proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• Placing Wagers in connection with any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corrupt activity in relation to any sporting event.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place Wagers or exploit any aspect of the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting any software bug, error in odds, or pricing discrepancy that a reasonable person would recognise as a Platform error.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or systematically access any part of the bgd11 Platform without authorisation.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bgd11 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP masking technology to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions applied by bgd11.

bgd11 uses automated fraud-detection tools and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, bgd11's determination is final and no compensation will be payable for any suspended or closed Account.

All content on the bgd11 Platform — including but not limited to the bgd11 brand name, logo, website design, user interface, text, graphics, software, data feeds, and game content provided by third-party providers — is protected by intellectual property rights owned by or licensed to bgd11.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from bgd11.
• Use the bgd11 name, logo, or branding in any context that suggests affiliation, endorsement, or partnership without written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any data, odds, or content extracted from the Platform for commercial purposes.

Any unauthorised use of bgd11 intellectual property constitutes infringement and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

bgd11 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Personal data provided during registration (name, date of birth, contact details) is used solely for Account management, identity verification, and regulatory compliance.
• Transaction data is retained in accordance with applicable financial record-keeping obligations.

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services due to technical failure, maintenance, or circumstances beyond bgd11's reasonable control — including force majeure events such as natural disasters, government action, or telecommunications failure.
• Any loss arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Any third-party game provider errors, including software bugs in slot games, live casino feeds, or keno systems, where bgd11 has acted in accordance with the provider's resolution process.

Nothing in these Terms limits bgd11's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

bgd11 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access the Platform at their own risk.

bgd11 is firmly committed to responsible gaming and takes seriously its obligation to prevent gambling-related harm. bgd11 enforces the following safeguards across all Platform products:

• Age Verification: All Players must be 21 years of age or older. bgd11 will not knowingly permit minors to access the Platform and will immediately suspend any Account where underage use is suspected.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Time-Out: Players may request a temporary time-out period (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which their Account will be suspended. Time-outs cannot be reversed once applied.

Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substantive rights of Players, or updates to reflect changes in payment methods — may take effect immediately without advance notice.

These Terms & Conditions are to be read and interpreted in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection or gaming laws in your jurisdiction.
